Insight Opticians have adopted enhanced procedures and acquired relevant PPE in order to maintain the increased hygiene standards to minimise the risk to customers that require our services.

Various procedures will be conducted before, during, and after your visit to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers. Due to the current circumstances we ask that you follow these procedures.

A strict one person at a time policy will be enforced in the practice unless you are bringing a child or need someone to assist you on your visit. We may ask you to wait patiently outside until the practice is ready for you to enter.

Please do not attend the practice if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are isolating.
